Workout Sheet:
- Warm-up: 5 minutes
- Lunges Combo : 3 sets of 5 repetitions on each side - 20 seconds rest between sets
- Hip Bridges Super Set Alternating Leg Curls: 3 sets of 10 repetitions on each side - 20 seconds rest between sets
- Pec Flies: 3 sets of 8 repetitions on each side - 20 seconds rest between sets
- Kneeling Alternating Forward Reach: 3 sets of 20 repetitions on each side - 20 seconds rest between sets
